Bob at New West Lending was a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with banks or lenders. Very “can do” in his approach to getting your loan done. My project was a bit complicated and yet there was never a hint of being unable to deliver. Several obstacles presented themselves along the way, yet Bob was very nimble and able to address a way forward. I personally dread the process of any mortgage or refinance, yet Bob was able to keep us moving and keep me positive. In the end, my loan funded as promised and I am now happily down the road to a much less complicated financial future.
